Pit Boss 700 Classic Wood Pellet Grill with Cover - Black

First, it showed up earlier than expected and then the fun began. The assembly of it was rather simple and easy to follow the instructions. I've cooked 3 times with it now and each time it preformed well. Smoked a brisket, smoked a ham, and grilled steaks, vegetables, and chicken breast all at the same time and it was amazing.

Made a beer chicken 3 lb turkey breast and two racks of ribs and everything came out perfect. I already cant wait to keep using this bad boy all summer. Amazing!

First time pellet grill owner. The grill came unassembled. I was able to assemble with NO issues what so ever booklet has super easy to follow instructions. Being new to the Pellet Grill world. I was a little confused of how it operated. I called their Customer Service line and spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman, Isaac. He answered all of my questions and shared his personal experiences. Great experience from very beginning!

It's very heavy, hard to move.. so for it's great. Takes time to learn how to use it

Received my classic wood pellet grill from pit boss today. It was simple to put together and get started up. I look forward to many happy cookouts and delicious smoked grilled items.

I received the grill. The exterior of the box was a little damaged but I've seen worse. I opened the box and some of the packing material was broken. I removed the parts from the box and they were good however, when I found the hardware kit it was destroyed and the pieces were everywhere. I gathered everything up was short 8 screws 10 washers and 12 lock washers. When I called Walmart they told me to repack and return the grill. Sorry can't repack because of the conditions on the packing material and the condition of the box. Granted they don't carry Pit Boss he kits at Walmart, They couldn't think of anything else to make it right.Other than the one thing I couldn't do which was packing it back up and shipping it back. I'm pretty sure it's not their fault the box arrived the way it did. A little more effort would've been nice. Good news is I called Pit Boss and they sent a new HW kit free of charge right away. So Walmart gets 2 stars, Pit Biss gets 5

I bought brand new and this was a bad choice to purchase! Could not maintain temp, 27 hours cooking a half brisket 12- hours 225, 15- hours 250 could never reach desired internal temp. Systems shut down on its own, never unplugged and had 3 bags placed in hopper! Waste of money!!!!!

First time Pellet Smoker, so Happy when it arrived at my door step! After assembling the smoker had bends in the meat rack and a bend in the lower bottom rack, and the lid had a dent and scratch . I was happy for a moment.. After reading the serial number I found out this is not a New Smoker ?? It was built in 2017?? almost 6 years old! I'm not happy

I bought my grill and I can't use it because the board is not working properly which is not a big deal because things happen but then they sent me the wrong board and when I called they argued with me that it was the right board but my board was completely different. They then said the new grill i bought was 3 years old and it didn't come with this board in it. I had the pictures to prove what i was saying then they said well that grill is not supposed to have that board in it , but that is how i bought it in the box brand new. So if you want a grill you can't use and a company that wants to argue with you then this is the grill for you

Did pick up for the smoker, it was already assembled. Got home and couldn't find the heat probes. Went to store to complain, was told to bring smoker back In, and buy it again to get the probes. Walked back to the lawn and garden to look at the other smokers that were already assembled and they didn't have the probes either. They couldn't just give me the 10 dollar probes, instead just make it a bigger hassle.
