Pit Boss Navigator 1600 Connected Grill with Bluetooth® and Wi-Fi® - PB1600M

We love our new pit boss 1600. It's large grilling are allowed us to smoke both a font and hind quarter of pork this weekend!

The smoker/grill is awesome. It's so easy to use. Having the WiFi makes it even better.

This thing was way bigger than I thought it would be, definitely a two person job like the directions say. I'm pretty sure I'll be upset as I fit a ton of meat on that grill lol. Jk. But seriously, it's a well built and huge grill and I'm looking forward to many uses.

Very sturdily built grill. Only have about three Cooks on it but have been very pleased with the results. Out of the numerous pellet grills that I have cooked on this is my favorite by far. Great upgrades, great temperature control, and all around good experience.

Just assembled my grill, navigator series 1600. Directions can use some clarification and ordering changes. Some screws hard to get in and tightened without small cutouts for screwdriver shaft to fit better, but easy to assemble alone. Just need 2 other people to help lift it onto wheels after base assembled.

Just purchased the Navigator 1600 connected pellet grill. Assembly was not too bad and the final product is really nice. Did the first cook and it worked flawlessly. I do wish they had options like traeger with an aluminum disposable drip pan under the grates for easy cleaning. Overall I give it 4 stars for just having for a few days. Really hope it will last for years to come.

It works great, held temp well in 30 degree weather with 20-30 mph gusts. The only issue I have is the WiFi: sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It always connects to my phone but it really has a hard time staying connected to my home WiFi even though its only 25 feet from the router.

only cooked on it 3 times so far. cooks frozen pizzas really good, so I don't run the oven in the house while the AC is on. steaks and hot dogs require the BBQ grill with the flames to get the good flavor. This grill should do good for baking off bacon, since I can fit 2 full size restaurant sheet pans in it at one time.

This review is based solely on assembling the smoker. I'm extremely disappointed with the ease of assembly. For the price, you'd expect it to be a smooth and easy assembly, but it's absolutely not. To start with, there were two points that were supposed to be drilled and tapped, but weren't. There's a mark in silver sharpie where the drill points should, but were absolutely missed in production and quality control. Second, attaching the legs is very difficult, despite how easy it should be. I have a fair amount of experience with assembly and making terrible instructions work. Despite this, I struggled with attaching the legs. The tolerances for where the drill holes should be is way outside where it should be for easy assembly. Tbh, I'd have happily paid a little bit extra to have the smoker delivered fully assembled

We have not had anything but issues since we bought this. They had to send us a new control panel the day we made the purchase and still the grill won't stay connected to WiFi, it constantly unconnectes itself and we have great WiFi at my house. I'd never recommend this product to anyone. I will be selling mine and switching back to Oklahoma Joe or another product.
