Use it two times on my camping trip so for and I love it.

had this grill for 3 years. as long as I clean it and take care of it, I have been provided with flawless results. I have cooked hundreds of meals in the time i have owned it. reading these reviews has left me conflicted... did I luck out? I have two pellet heating stoves and the ignightor and feed auger require replacement every few years soo factored that into my purchase decision... knock on wood they haven't been an issue. I do get the odd error if I run it to hot. I wish it came with the plug in temp prob and am yet too try any pittboss rubs. considering a larger model

This is a very nice portable grill. I have owned a pit Boss previously and the build quality on this is much better. If they've easily improved quality over the years would recommend pit Boss to anybody else.

As the woman of the home this little smoker has become a close friend of mine elevating my usual recipes into incredible dishes!!! My family can't get enough!

I've been wanting a pellet grill forever & my hubby kept saying no because of the price, a friend got one & talked my hubby into it, I waited until there was a good sale & ordered it! Hubby said it's one of the best purchases we've made! Everything I've cooked on it has turned out amazing & I just mastered cooking homemade pizza on it! I'm currently waiting for a great sale on a full size one for home so I can leave this one at work so I can have BBQ whenever & wherever I want. I cannot recommend Pit Boss more.

One of the leg didn't go on properly. The cut out was on the rong side! I had to remove and screw to install. Not sure how manufacturer missed it but they did. S9 fare everything else works and hopefully it cooks good.

This was a great pellet grill and sidekick to my 4-year-old much larger Traeger, as I don't often need a large pellet grill for just my wife and me. However, not even a year into owning this portable, the auger has already broken and is completely useless. So now I have no pellets being pushed into the burner. I will hope to get information on how to replace the auger as I really enjoyed the grill/smoker while it was serviceable. But definitely dissatisfied at the longevity of the components. Used: 2-3x per month

I want to love the grill because of the size and convenience. It is easy to carry around however, every time I fire it up, it will never reach the desired temperature, which is very frustrating.

Worked fine the first two times and now throws an error code for the temp probe. I was so excited to get this grill and what a huge letdown. Charcoal rules.

I bought this a month ago and it worked for a couple hours then the auger broke. The customer service team were good, but they can't get me a new auger, just say they are in back order and have no idea when they will be available. It is totally useless without it. I assume if they are in back order it means they go through them faster than they can get them made. Amazon sells them, but $113 for just the auger. I would suggest you stay away from this make and model.
