PIXMA TR7020a White Wireless Office All-In-One Printer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cannon PIXMA TR7020a printer/copier/scanner works really well. It is easy to setup. It is pretty compact to include the copying and scanning functions. It prints nicely in color and black and white.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product it's easy to set up plug in and it has step by step on the screen instructions on the printer you basically put in ink and paper and set language and your ready to go I have the app installed and print from my phone it's super easy the printer prints out great photos and documents I do different art projects and do different things for my sons school do this thing makes it really convenient and it does a great job it's so easy and everything it does looks great I love the simplicity it's made really well and the brand is great it's easy to install ink and paper and easy to use the menu on the printer to do settings I would definitely recommend this it's good for all kinds of printing needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Canon Printers and this one is GREAT! I was able to set it up quickly and connect it to two different computers. (My laptop, and PC.) I filled it up with paper and it was good to go. It printed our schoolwork SO much faster than our old printer, so I am very satisfied.

Overall pleased with the value of the product for the cost and instructions were pretty easy to follow. A little disappointed that the printer is advertised as having scanning capability, however to scan you need to open a downloaded utility tool on your laptop/PC. Most printers with scan capability have a scan button on the printer which is much more convenient than accessing a utility tool. Set-up instructions didn't address scanning steps. I had to access the online manual to find instructions about the scanning functionality.

This printer nicely fulfills my need for a secondary machine that scans and does the occasional color page or photo. However, the Getting Started guide was terrible, with absolutely no mention of scanning. I've been using computers since before Windows and the Mac, but it still took me hours to find out how to set up scanning for my desktop. The Canon website seemed designed to make me scream. So, five stars for printer; one star for instructions; three stars average.

IT IS A PIECE OF GARBAGE. THE NEXT TIME I NEED A PRINTER WILL BE EPSON, BROTHER, OR SOME OTHER ONE. PLASTIC IS CHEAPLY MADE. THE PAPER TRAY IS FLIMSY. IF YOU ACCIDENTLY BREAK IT THE PRINTER WILL NOT WORK. EATS WAY TOO MUCH INK CARTRIDGE. A WORTHLESS CANON PIECE OF CRAP. ALONG WITH THE SALES PERSON WHO SOLD IT TO ME.

First document prints beautifully. From then on, printer keeps losing internet connection. Have to turn off and wait for it to come back on to TRY to print again.

Reading the other reviews gave me war flashbacks — the kind only this printer can cause. But honestly, it was a relief: turns out, I'm not crazy. This printer is. Its relationship with Wi-Fi is like a bad soap opera. One day it's all “I'm here for you,” the next it's storming out and slamming the door. Six months in, and I still never know if I'm about to get a crisp document…or another round of betrayal. And when it does decide to print? The level of joy I feel is embarrassing. No one should get this excited over paper coming out of a machine. It's the same rush I felt the first time a fax came through in the '90s — which tells you how rare this miracle really is. Bottom line: it's less a printer, more a slot machine. And the house always wins.
