P'kolino Kid's House Twin Floor Bed - Rustic Grey/Natural

I was very happy and lucky to be one of the recipients of the P'kolino kid's house twin bed and I absolutely love it. The product was very carefully packaged, and when we opened it didn't have a strong smell. The good part about this house bed is that it only took about 2 hours to assemble. The instructions were very clear, nothing was missing, guiding us step by step to put all the pieces together. This unique P'kolino bed frame is made out of such a good material. It is made of real wood. It's beautifully painted in farm house style. Even thought this product is a little bit pricy for some people. It's still very good quality. I personally would buy this house to invest in a very cool design and a long lasting bed. The fun whimsical thing about this frame is that you can use it not only as a bed, but as a playhouse as well. The versatile colors white and grey are very neutral for girls and boys. Since we put together the bed, our kids bedtime routine has become very peaceful and easier. It has been like a dream come true, because my kids have the perfect bed of their dreams.

Just as most others have said, its definitely worth the price, easy assembly (maybe 2 hours total if that), and it looks beautiful once completed! I would most definitely recommend this bed! Im not going to lie, Im a little jealous its not mine. Buy it! Your kids will thank you for it! We also added LED lights throughout the top of our sons house as well and it worked out perfect since the lighting can change color and the brightness can be adjusted as well...just an idea for others in case you may not have thought about it! One side of the bed frame is completely open, so would be best to assembly that part of the bed next to a wall to avoid falling out while sleeping (our son is only 3). Hope this helps!

I bought this for my granddaughter who is 2 1/2 years old. She's absolutely in love with it. Since she has had her new house bed,she goes to bed and to sleep with no problems! Reading books in her house is one of her favorite things to do. Just for your information the twin mattress on the floor is more than enough for now. It is easy to make the bed, just work through the open back to change the bedding. I am sure she will love this bed for years to come. Whether a girl or a boy, they both would like the house to sleep and play in as the color of the house —the white and gray —could be used for either gender. Buy it today. You won't be sorry you did!

Oh my goodness, this bed is absolutely adorable!! I would have taken pictures, but I was having issues with my phone camera. My 7 year old daughter absolutely loves her new bed, especially other family members that come over to stay. I recommend this bed to anyone with younger children, and it's pretty easy to assemble. 10 out of 10!!

Happy little guy, my 5 year old loves his new bed! It's fantastic quality, made out of real wood and at such a great price! A little time consuming to put together but definitely worth it! There is a slightly paint smell but dissipates after a few days, nothing unbearable. I would definitely recommend a boxspring, just my opinion.

I recieved the P'kolino Kid's House Twin Bed, Dark Grey Roof with Light Grey Wall children's bed to review. I want to start out by saying this item is well packaged!! It comes in a cardboard boxed that is glued with industrial strength glue! On the inside of the box is lined with thin pieces of wood and foam which greatly protects the actual product... My box came in a horrible condition where the sides and edges were crushed and bent but thankfully it had the thin packing wood on the inside, which got broken in several spots BUT the actual product is completely fine. I checked all the pieces and they are fine. The wood that makes the bed is actually thick and very sturdy, I was not expecting such sturdy pieces. The color of the bed is beautiful and very nicely painted. I love the fact that the bed is ground level and will give any parent a piece of mind. The bed is shaped like a house and is the perfect usable accessory for any girls room. I would definitely recommend this product because how sturdy it is, how safe it is by being ground level and the fact that its shaped like a house. We plan to paint the roof pink add some banners and faux plant to make it a super girly room. We are still in the process of putting it together as assembling furniture is not the easiest thing for me.

This is such a beautiful and well made bed. It's durable and sturdy, and most importantly makes it easier to transiton from a toddler bed or crib. My son actually wants to go to sleep at night now because he's so excited about his new bed. It's easy to put together, and it's gender neutral so it would be great for a boy or a girl - they would both love it. My daughter actually tried talking me into giving the bed to her instead of her brother because she loved it so much. It's roomy and unique, they can't wait to show it off to their friends. I would highly recommend checking it out, by far the best quality and most well made bed I've ever bought for my kids. Absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. I wish I had gotten it sooner! This would make an amazing gift, as well- it's surprisingly affordable ! Check it out!

This bed is ADORABLE! My 5 year old loves it. The instructions were a little confusing. All of the hardware was there, and a few of the pre-drilled holes were hard to see or not there. Very sturdy. Definitely need 2 people to assemble. It says NOT to sure power tools, we did with no problems and it made the process a lot faster.

This bed is just as cute as it looks in the product pictures. My kids love it, I love it and would have slept in it myself if I could. I took away one star though because even though we took the pieces our from the packaging box and set it out to air for 2 weeks, the whole set still smelt of paint/chemicals. We finally assembled it weeks after getting it because this is essentially an enclosed space that your child will sleep in for the whole night and I was just not OK with that. I got a headache from the smells. Finally it was faint and we assembled it. That said, I will still keep an eye and check for any reactions. I hope the manufacturer finds a way to deal with this. I am including a close-up of the installed piece so you can see how beautiful the finish is, though that probably contributes to the paint.

My daughter loves it. She use to carry her toys all over the house to play. Now they stay in her room, because she has a “playhouse” to play in. Wish it had more color options. The base doesn't keep a mattress off the ground at all. I don't believe a box spring base is necessary for the mattress. Due to the roofing being on one side, the thing will tip easily without a mattress inside. It is cute and fun to see in the room. If the side with out a walk is placed against a room wall, a child will not fall out of bed. That is a pretty nice feature. The thing is a huge pain to put together. I usually enjoy putting things together. It's like solving a puzzle. This one was stressful. It took my husband and I a little over two hours from start to finish. The frame looks fairly simple, and you'd think straight forward. No. We tried following the directions perfectly, and still ended up having to adjust things. We even had to make our own holes for nails. We didn't use a drill, just screws where they were supposed to be. The holes for them were absent or on the wrong side. Luckily, the wood is fairly soft. It didn't split or splinter. The package was kind of banged up when it arrived. Everything inside was well protected with styrofoam and wrapping. No scratches or abrasions on the bed frame anywhere. Overall, I'm pleased with the product. Just want to buyers to beware of the assembly difficulty. So many screws!
