Excellent WaterBased Sealant
I used this Mod Podge for a Halloween project. It is perfect as a water based sealer. It has a matte finish and seals any paint or glitters you may have layered on your project.

I have not used it yet. However,I have used other mod podge, so I know how it will come out. I've been satisfied with how it looks after it's put on.
