Thiis turmeric helped my arthritis tremendously!
I was told 6 yrs ago that I needed a fusion on my back and after taking this turmeric at a friend's recommendation, I am completely pain free. I also have had three knee surgeries for meniscus and arthritis set in as a result and again, no pain and Ive even started jogging for distances of 100 feet at a time whereas in the past, it hurt to run 3 feet and hurt even more to apply my brakes... I take 2 tablets a day and am medium athletic body. I noticed the decrease in pain, initially after a week of taking the turmeric and then even less pain noticed after taking for a month. I have now been taking turmeric for approximately 9 months.
