While most information I collected said it would take 3 months of constant use to begin to see results, I still believe I am not seeing much of anything in results after my 3 month trial. I think I will switch to a lower dose taken more frequently throughout my day. I'm switching to a different brand.

As others have indicated, I too tried taking it both on an empty stomach and with food. Nothing, nada, zip, zilch. Save your money on this one. Go with the Swanson brand.
