Great quality, looks just like the picture. We were in the process of moving when I ordered it, and was a bit hesitant about the delivery time. However, it arrived within the 10 business days, and is better than I expected.

Overall a solid piece. The top surface was not as smooth as I would have liked. When you move your hand you can feel a ripple effect. The pieces fit perfectly and very solid and sturdy. Based on the finish I am not sure I would purchase more expensive items from P&B…

Poor quality finish scratches easily

I would have given it a better review however, The item (table) ordered 5/24 arrived damaged. Icontacted customer service 6/7 and completed a replacement parts form along with photos. I received an email from Tim (CS) the same day, stating they did not have a replacement part and an offered $25 to compensate me for the damages, which I rejected. I received another email from Tim on 6/8 stating A replacement order had been created and was being processed, he also provided a web order number for processing. On 6/13 I sent Tim a follow up email and also left a vm for Customer service regarding the status of my replacement order, to date, on one has responded. I guess my next step is to contact BBB
