Fantastic furniture and customer service
We recently bought bedroom furniture. We had an issue with a couple of the boards for one of the nightstands. We reached out and their customer service was the absolute best! Their response was so fast and professional. I will definitely purchase any other furniture I need from Plank & Beam.

Nice Color and Sturdy
Had a little difficulty in assembling this product. I like the fact that each piece supports the next. Overall ; it appears sturdy and it is exactly as it is shown. Very deep shelves for a great deal of books.

It's very sturdy and well made, but they sent the wrong size screws. More importantly, the paint finish is very uneven. There are knots bleeding through and the interior shelf looks like it has a single coat of paint. I'll be reaching out to customer service for a resolution.

Took a long time to receive, over a month. I contacted customer service and they only said it was on its way. We've had the end table for about 2 months. A little water leaked out of my sons humidifier over night and ruined the top. The top separated and the paint chipped. Looks terrible now. Would not recommend.

The look is fine, but let me be clear, this is NOT IKEA-like in any way. Parts don't fit and directions are not clear.

Do not recommend
Had to do a lot of adjustments to assemble these. One of the top pieces was warped and I had a tough time getting the tops to go on without shaving the slots more. Horrible experience with these.

LOW GRADE NIGHT STAND
THE SECOND ONE SHIPPED TO REPLACE THE WET ONE / MUSTY ODOR WITH STAINS WAS WARPED AND WOULD NOT FIT TOGETHER. THE CREATIVE DESIGN IS FLAWED - ANIGHT STAND NEED NOT BE THIS COMPLICATED TO ASSEMBLE.. WE ARE DONE WITH THIS "TOY FURNITURE" MADE IN HO CHI MINH CITY, VIET NAM.

Seems sturdy but broke during assembly and ghosted by support
The nightstand seems sturdy but, unfortunately, the assembly instructions aren't clear and two pieces broke during assembly. I've reached out to support to inquire about purchasing replacement parts but have not heard back from them at all.
