Super cute not too heavy and easy to put together ??

I purchased two night stands and they are high quality, solid wood. During shipping some minor damage occurred that I was able to fix myself with some wood putty. I contacted Plank&Beam and they were very responsive and offered either replacing the damaged item or provided a partial refund. Very satisfied with the product and customer service.

probably not forever furniture but it looks great now. Inside of the drawer is plastic bottom. There was a damage and they immediately replaced it. Great customer service.

Solid wood construction

First one arrived with slight damage and some minor flaws, but was quickly replaced with minimum hassle. This piece is nicely constructed but just a little difficult to assemble -- the nuts for the leg bolts did not align property (on both the orignal piece and replacement) which requires using quite a bit of torque, forcing the bolts to rethread themselves. However, once assembled was very solid, so just a slight aggrevation and no effect on the look, usefulness, and sturdiness of the piece

I received two shipments. The first had too much damage and could not be assembled. Your customer care service sent a replacement that was also damaged, but could be repaired with glue and a few screws. I hope it holds up. You have a problem the shipper and/or the manufacturer.

The furniture itself is great. Our issue is only one of the two tables we ordered was deliver and we've been trying to get a resolution to the problem for four weeks now. I just keep getting told to be patient and they will get back to me when they find out what happened.

Currently we are not pleased with the fact that 2 nightstands were ordered and paid for and all of the shipping notices that we received stated that there was 2 pieces being shipped as well as a 3 drawer dresser in a separate shipment, however, we have only received one of the nightstands and the dresser. I have sent an email requesting follow up information and I have not yet received a response. The one that we did receive was easy to assemble and looks great but remember we paid for 2 not 1!!!! Still waiting!

Item is not well made and appearance is not even close to what is represented in the pictures online. Additionally, customer service is poor. Several attempts to arrange for a return have not been responded to inspire of their printed policy. Hopefully I won't lose my total expenditure.
