GOOD BO WITH LOTS OF STORAGE FOR SMALL TACKLE. USE ONE BOX FOR JIG HEADS, 1 FOR HOOKS, ONE FOR SMALL SPOONS ETC. THE OTHER ONE HAS CURKY TAILS AND GRUBS IN IT. TOP WILL HOLD PLIERS SMALL KNIFE , LEADER AND SPLIT SHOT. GREAT BOX. DOESNT TAKE UP A LOT OF ROOM EITHER
I bought this for my daughter to store all of her rainbow loom rubberbands. And she can keep all the color rubberbands organized. She loves it & her friends all say they want one too. I'm very satisfied!!
Bought this tackle box mainly because it was inexpensive. After the delayed shipping and picking it up at Walmart in that HUGE box they shipped it in, it was actually a little smaller than I thought it was. The pictures make this box look a lot bigger lol. But overall it is a nice little tackle box and big enough for me and what I need. Not to big, not to small.
I purchased this for my model railway parts and it is perfect. Great communication from the seller and promptly shipped. Highly recommended.
I bought this to fit in my Ascend fs10 kayak. It is a bit small but will hold a good assortment of lures. I also purchased an extra tray so that I can take along different tackle for several kinds of fishing.
This is a very versatile storage and organizing system. I needed something for a licensed body piercer and a geology student. Perfect for both and good for the other males on my list for fishing tackle or little stuff like hardware around the house. The handle allows for great portability. The size is just right!
I do a lot of crafting that requires many small pieces. I recently purchased two of these, and they are perfect for all my small pieces. I love that they are small, making them very portable. The spaces in the trays hold quite a bit. My only regret is that they only hold very small parts, so some of my larger pieces wouldn't fit. There is plenty of room in the top compartment for tools and larger parts. Overall, I love these little tool boxes and will probably buy one or two more.
It's a nice little box with the Plano quality. The only problem that I found is that the removable divisions inside the small boxes are not tight enough, letting some smalls beads moving from one place to the next one. If you will not put really small things inside them, there will be perfect. God bless you.
Not using as a tackle box. Purchased this item to store small electronic parts, blank circuit boards, etc for designing electronic circuits. Two reasons why I did not rate this unit as 5 stars: (1) The handle needs to be stronger. The handle tends to pop out of the box & I don't even have it loaded with parts yet. (2) Even though the four removable parts boxes have removable dividers for changing the size of the compartments in each box, each box is basically the same. I would like to have had one of those boxes as a wide open box with no dividers at all, maybe another one configurable as 2 large or 4 medium compartments and leave the other two boxes as they are. This would added tremendous flexibility for this entire unit. The unit is well made except for the handle which needs to be a little stronger & made such that it does not pop out so easily. The top storage compartment is not quite as roomy as it looks due to the shape & the re-enforcement ribs in the lid and the bottom of the compartment for strength, yet still roomy enough for my larger parts & small pliars & cutters. It still serves my purposes. I am a fisherman also, so evaluating this unit for it's intended purposes, I would still recommend it. For storing small fly baits, spinners, weights & even elongated lures, it would work fine. The individual compartments in the removable boxes are too small to store spinner baits, big-O's, rattle-traps, etc. Since this is made for tackle, I assume that the removable boxes are made with the proper plastic so as not to melt/merge with rubber worms, etc. Overall, good little unit for the money. I even considered one for storing ammunition for the target range, maybe using one removable box for 22 shorts, 22 longs & 22 magnum shells, another for 38's, 9mm and 357 shells, etc. ..... you get the idea, using the top compartment for clips and cleaning supplies. HOWEVER, it would NOT withstand that kind of wieght.....not even for just a bunch of 22 shells. I think it would warp very quickly & there is no way the handle would hold up/pick it up with that kind of weight. I am still recommending this unit for what it was intended or even in my case for small electronic parts.
When they say small they are not kidding. It's almost to small. I wouldn't mind if it were a little bigger and it would have been good if the measurements had been plainly stated. Structure is a bit flimsy. Just for those who want to know the measurements are 9 in x 4 3/4 in for the inside trays There is an door outside the tray compartment Measurements as written on the label 11"Lx7.25Wx10"H The top compartment however measures 9"x 5" between the ridges inside and is hard to fit anything 5 inches wide inside I wouldn't use it for heavy tools. Light fishing tackle would work or small crafting supplies. I'm using it for cake decorating tips and I'll have to get something bigger, they don't fit well. The price is right if you can find something that will fit it.
