I've been dealing with high levels of stress lately… when I first started taking the Wonder Calm gummies, I started at nighttime which seemed to help bring me down to go to sleep. I now take them in the morning. Taking them in the morning helps me be more aware of my emotions throughout the day which makes it easier for me to calm down so the day doesn't end AS stressful. With battling some health issues related to stress, I can genuinely say I feel a bit more relieved when taking these. Definitely would recommend!

I think they do help to call me down. I was actually very anxious, just the other day, and I took two of them, and it helped me settle down and screw my head back on.

My s/o struggles with anxiety and swears by these. After the first few times taking it I was asked to put on subscription. I even got reminded when it was low to be sure it was done.

These Gummies are gentle on my stomach help me fall asleep. I wake up a tiny bit groggy but not like from a regular sleep medication. I would recommend them to anyone.

It's wonderful to be able to enjoy a day with beautiful, calm energy vs. chaos. Don't really understand how, and yet they do make the day pleasant.
