I've only taken them for two weeks. However, I feel like my sleep is improving and my brain fog is clearing. I'll have to wait at least two more weeks before I can determine if it is a real or a placebo effect.

These are AMAZING. Noticed a difference in focus and clear thinking with first dose. I didn't notice much difference in my energy but the "sleep fogs" went away over a few days! Plus, as other reviewers mentioned, they taste so good. There's a slight mushroom odor but it's barely noticeable and it doesn't taste like mushroom at all!!

I've not taken these long enough to determine benefits . I think they are helping. The mushroom products seem to cause diarrhea, so I feel so have to limit how many different products I use.
