These gummies are the BEST gummies I have ever used for sleep. No melatonin, which we LOVE. Added bonus, it's helped with other areas of health as it contains saffron.

Again , they seem to work sometimes other times they don't , but I have found that I have to take at least three to five before they will actually help me sleep
