Sturdy, solid, reliable
The bowls were perfect for a large family gathering where we had chili and soups and stews. The photo showed a lid...but these bowls did not come with lids. That would have been a great perk. I will order these again..they do not get soggy, they are totally stable and sturdy.

These are a nice.. I made hot cereal in the microwave without it softening or leaking. I really like them.

Valuable Benefits
Large capacity is great for serving, eating or even mixing foods when you don't want the contents spilling over. Perfect minimizing dish washing, especially since the bowls are biodegradable and won't pollute the earth. They are a bit costly but benefits outweigh using plastic or styrofoam. I would not recommend using for hot liquids (soup) unless eating immediately. Availability of plastic covers is a nice bonus for storing leftovers.

Just got them in!
I like that they are an in between size. I had been buying both a 12 oz and a 24 oz pack of bowls for way more money. Now I am only going to buy the 18 ounce. They even sent me 4 free plastic lids that look durable enough to be used quite a few times. I will definitely reorder these
