Bergamot seems to level up so many other essential oils. It just blends to well with so many, providing a bright and complex, uplifting and calming, note to blends. My favorite is super simple: equal parts Bergamot and Frankincense. Pure delicious comfort.

Bergamot is hormone balancing and relieves symptoms of menopause so I use it as a stress releaser with Palmarosa and Clary Sage. Another stress relieving option is to blend it with Cedarwood Atlas and Orange, Sweet. I additionally use it in lotion for a friend who loves bergamot.

Good scent good oil good company

The seller did good with package and timelines but the product has a bad smell. I use lavender all the time. Maybe it was this bottle or batch. It smells like it was watered down with a bad carrier oil.
