People like the smell of it I mix it half with water smells good clove is a natural scent. I use it for a deodorizer in the bathroom.

Mild Scent-Good Performance
I use clove oil in making goat milk soap. The Plant Therapy brand seems to have a milder scent than the 'regular' non-organic brands I've used many times, but the soap made with this came out very well. The organic oil seemed to mix into the batch more readily then the 'regular', the natural tendency towards batch scorching seemed less resulting in a lighter shade of finished soap.
