We have been using this product for many years for my son to help settle him in for the night. We diffuse it normally, but I have also brought an empty bottle with us on trips to let him smell, and then usually just leave it open on the side table.

I use this oil every night for my 3 toddlers. They sleep all throughout the night. We do a daily night routine and the kids love to put the oil on. I bought in bulk and mixed with jojoba oil.
