Wake you up, pep you up!
Being incredibly busy over the holidays means less sleep. So I have used peppermint oil on the soles of my feet, with a carrier of course, for that morning jolt. I carry a roll on in my purse because of its convenient bottle for moments of long drivng and a little whiff helps keep me alert.

One of my favorites!
I love Peppermint EO! I diffuse it, keep a roller bottle at hand, and I have it in an inhaler. It's a great pick-me-up and also a headache/stress/anxiety reliever. I never want to run out, so I keep it on a subscription term. Peppermint is and will always be one of my favorite essential oils!
