I have been snacking on Planters Honey Roasted Peanuts for years. There is just something about them that makes them easy to reach for again and again. As soon as you open the lid you get that sweet roasted smell, and it feels like you made a good snack choice. The flavor is what keeps me coming back. The honey coating is just right. These are not too sweet, not too sticky. These blend well with the salty, roasted peanut flavor. They have a good crunchy texture you expect, and the peanuts taste fresh all the way through the can. There are no broken pieces or oddly flavored bites, which honestly happens with some other brands. I usually eat them straight out of the can, and they are great for road trips, workday snacking, or setting out when friends come over. The coating was the right amount of crunch per nut without anything being too hard. Some of the non-name brand options have hard spots in them that make you wonder if you broke a tooth, I didn't find any of those in Planters.

The peanuts are great had good flavor and tasted very fresh. The honey roasted coating on the peanuts was lacking. I feel Iike they use to have more coating on them and really had a honey flavor. My bottle really had none on them. Even after pouring them on a napkin no coating was left on it.
