I love these, and they are so good for my diet, BUT, I cannot pay $8.35 or something like that for a little jar of them. Why don't Walmart drop some prices? It would sure help people out.

I like sunflower seeds. They are a good source of fiber. Not salty and the taste is phenomenal.

Perfect
I love this item and the container. I keep it by my bedside. Ya know....middle of the nite you can get hungry. I used to get up and make a sandwich or something. Really don't need the calories of a whole sandwich in the middle of the nite. These do the trick....healthy too. WAY less calories than making that trip to the fridge!!

Excited to try them
I was excited to try these. I hadn't had them in a long time. They've been missing from the shelves at walmart bottom because I missed them so much but the price was very high eight dollars for a very small jar. Didn't have it in stock. Had to mail it to me.

local store were out of stockand i needed for a recipe. $10 for a jar of shelled sunflower seeds is extreme. Since then i use the jar as refill shelled sunflower seeds. Checkers had a 1 lbs plastic container of shelled seeds for under $6

Delicious snack
Simply dry roasted so you can really taste the nutty flavor. Stays fresh for a while, even after opening. Good source for fiber, protein, iron and potassium but I find the saturated fat and sodium is a bit high. The lid makes it convenient to open and pour the kernels out. Average value.
