Take this vitamin D!
Because of my many food allergies I have to watch everything very closely. I can take this product with no concerns. I am so glad because I have low levels of vitamin D and I need this product.

My opinion
It ain’t bad. Price a little steep, but it’s ChatGPT certified for being medical grade so I bought it. Taste is not bad, and nicely packaged.

Good!
I have a chronic Vitamin D deficiency because I don't go in the sun much. I normally take a prescription strength capsule once a week, but I supplement it with the extra 2000 iu. My D level was the lowest the doctor had ever seen since practicing, but since taking the supplements, I'm finally in a normal range! I really like the packaging on this bottle..I just think it's pretty. :)

Plant-based vitamin D3
I bought D3 and K2 separately so I can choose better quality products. I've got calcium from this brand too. Combine these with magnesium and boron then good enough for my bones.

Good D3 daily
I try to cycle between brands and sources. This seems qualitative just know that it's just D3 - I take a separate k2 capsule with it.

Ingredients weak ... agave and dextrose are sugar
The ingredients were not well displayed on the iherb site. I would never have bought this product. Also the sunflower lecithin. guar gum and palm oil are all bad. I will give these away.
