too simple to set up. Pairs with phone and computer in seconds - great for Lync if your company uses that for voice calling and Lync calls. Now if either my cell rings or I get a Lync call, it asks me if I want to answer or ignore. OK, a bit pricey, but very cool. Includes 3 different ways to charge including a carry case that charges when it stores the headset.

The call clarity is fabulous. Lightweight and easy to set up. Walmart's price is the lowest!!! Site to store was quick! I use this for work phone calls through my PC using LYNC, however it can be used to go from office to the road using your mobile phone as well. Great product!

I've tried A LOT of Bluetooth designs. This is by far my favorite. Only thing for me that would make it better is a more secure fit.

with a hearing loss, im able to use the headset to lhelp me with my ability to hear my family and all others. It is the the best I have found to help me. I like the announcement of the caller that it finds in your phone directory when they call. The best I have found. Hope this helps.

I am a recruiter, so wear a headset all day long. My company recently switched to a softphone set up and the Jabra over the ear, wired headset that they provided was awful. My fave headset has always been the excellent Plantronics Mirage, but I believe it is discontinued, or definitely not available for softphone. Anyway, this headset performs well. Switches easily between desk soft phone and mobile, pretty slick. However, when you turn the unit off and you get a call, the headset doesn't always activate fast enough and you can't pick up the call. I don't really like to leave the device on and on my ear all day. I guess you can just leave it in the cradle, and not turn the power off. Also, the sound quality can be spotty, either great or crackly, not always sure it's on my end, could be the other party's mobile or the wifi signal, however. WalMart did have the best price on this item that I found. The 3rd party who provisioned the unit delivered it quickly, in good condition and sent tracking updates. Overall I am pleased with the unit and feel it is a good value for the price.
