This weatherproof cord makes a great semipermanent clothes line between the columns of my covered, front porch!! Easily tight, but not too stretchy when I pulled it taught to hang clothes.

Where I'm at rope for a clothesline gets all moldy green. Wire can crack and rust. This is pretty nice smooth tightens good but hard to find. Woman I made clothesline for likes it and it's cleanable. Best for clothesline.

I think this clothes line works better than the regular clothesline because the plastic coating stretches and goes back into place after clothes taken off the line that we're hung.

I just love this brand this particular item is very lightweight so be aware it does pull easily and it doesn't break but it is very lightweight so I'm curious how it would withstand warm water which is why I bought this for a project which is going to require warm water but lightweight plastic of some sort in this style of plasticism just like you know clothes lines so anyway that my review is this is a good product delivered on time same day yada yada

Buyer Beware! This "clothesline" is coated with some kind of grease or oil. I worked with it for less than 10 minutes to attach it between two posts for hanging a birdfeeder and my hands were a greasy mess. I DO NOT recommend it...at all.
