Just thick enough that they don't rip easily. I bought the long size so that I could cut them to whatever size I needed and it has worked very well.

Purchased bags to protect clothing stored at vacation home. Thickness is suitable for my application (same as a typical dry cleaning bag). They come off the roll easily and the perforations between bags tear easily. Not complicated.

These garment bags are substantial enough not to rip or tear when putting them on hangers AND they are actually long enough to cover longer dresses and evening gowns. I would buy again.

These bags are great for hanging multiple shirts, or other hanger items. They are tear free and have perfect heavy grade. There is no zipper on bottom, but that is what I needed.
