this chair is good heavy duty, seats comfortable, nice looking, only it would be better if it had a seat cover to sit on.

Excellent front access commode
Purchased for my mother who has Parkinsons Excellent access for hygiene care, super comfortable seat, highly recommended and Im an Occupational Therapist.

This item was received promptly; however, it was received damaged. I was disappointed in the item because it was not as described. I was also disappointed in the difficulty I had trying to do a return and trying to get a refund.

Poor service, Did not make the transaction right
As I like the commode. One of the plastic parts came in broken and is not being replaced. customer service is not helping me expedite to get the part replaced. Disappointing
