Platinum Health Gateway Premium Sliding Bath Shower Chair Transfer Bench Padded with Swivel Seat

This bench takes a little getting use to using if you have just used a regular transfer bench. But I love it as I can get in and out of the tub by myself. I does take a while to put it together the only thing they could change is to make the slider button longer short armed people like me can not bend over that far. I love my bench

It is great easy to put together and very sturdy, the only thing the legs were not long enough so had to order longer ones the great thing I got them the next day after ordering them

This is great my gram is 100 years old and could not get her in the shower any more can barely walk but 3 steps to the chair she can sit and can be moved easily into the tub she loved it and its a lot easier on my back

This Shower chair was easy to put together and is very easy to use. the padded seat and back is great. My 89 yr. old mother in law feels very secure in the use and we would highly recommend this to those needing one

I returned a bath chair. never opened the box. It was never used. 30 dzy return policy. which I couldn't do because first I was in the hospital for a week and to the rehabilitation center for 3 weeks Missed the 30 day policy. Said I could return it, but pay a 20% stocking fee and shipping on my dime. I did all this and have yet to see credit for about half the price of this $224.00 item plus tax. will not buy from this company again.

the seat itself seems ok. it didn't fit properly in my mom's tub with enough space for her to actually use it. when trying to return it 3rd party not walmart requires shipping to 3rd party ($) and the also take 20% handling fee....... so unhappy customer here

First thing is to make sure the grove in the sliding clamp is lined up with release button. Then I found when in the tub the seat would not slide. I had a bad time trying to get out. Had to call my wife in for help. I went back to my old chair.
