I love this shampoo. It cleanses really well yet leaves my hair soft and silky and full of volume that I didn't have before.

Very pleased with product but some of the shampoo had leaked out into packing . Very poor packaging.

I have thinning hair and it immediately showed a difference

I have been using Kenra's volume shampoos and conditioners for years to make my thin hair look thicker, so when I came across this at such a good price I knew I had to try it. I haven't noticed a change in my hair, which is not necessarily a bad thing. The shampoo is not clear but creamy, which would usually weigh my hair down and cause it to look flat and greasy. This has not done that, but it also did not make my hair look instantly fuller like the bottle says. I definitely not upset with my purchase and will purchase again.

Bottle arrived with cap loose and some of the shampoo had spilled out. Tried to communicate that with walmart and seller but have received no response.

This does not appear to be VOLUME-making. I really did not notice any difference. So Sorry.

This shampoo was delayed and when it finally arrived, it was broken and all the shampoo was inside the mailing ENVELOPE! They want me to send this back for a refund. How do I mail this back when shampoo was oozing from the mailing envelope???? A nearly 40.00 bottle of shampoo and I'm stuck with NOTHING. Save your money people......this is not worth the trouble when they can't even be smart enough to mail it in a protected box!
