He even plays with it with his baby cousin who can also push it down to let it move and they will chase it around the house. It is safe for the younger kids. It also has gears and colors. It keeps them busy for a while.

Absolutely would and could be a favorite toy from ages 1 to 2 (like a kid learning and that is able to press the large button to move gears inside. Giving this to a friend that has a little one that would enjoy this.
