Playskool Gimme-A-Ring Toy Phone

This toy is so much fun for any toddler. Our son is 18 months old and absolutely loves it! His smiles never fade when he hears the special messages we record for him. Awesome toy!

When I received this toy my grandkids couldn't wait to open it. They are 3 and 4 but absolutely loved playing with it. They loved that I could send them messages and also learned how to do it and send each other messages. They have played with it nonstop and have gotten so many laughs from their play. Definitely a hit with us!

My 10 month old grandson loves his Gimme A Ring toy! The buttons are easy to push and the volume is just right - not too loud and not to soft. All the animal and musical sounds are delightful! And the 'message recording' feature is a wonderful way for a parent to record a sweet message for their child to hear while they are at work.

My 19 month old granddaughter immediately reached for the box and we quickly opened it, pulled the tabs and thanks to the batteries already being included, she started pressing buttons and she was off. She loved it and knew exactly what to do with it after watching Mom and Dad with their phones. The instructions were clear and easy. My son did state that he would like a way to attach the two pieces together so neither get lost but he could come up with something himself. A great toy that was played with quickly. Big buttons and great sounds. The message part of it will be used also.

Awesome device! We absolutely love the gimme-a-ring phone! My toddler walks around with it constantly! He loves the different animal sounds it makes and really loves the fact that he can hear dads voice whenever he wants! The recording feature is so easy to use also

Playskool Little Wonders Gimme-a-Ring is the cutest little play phone ever. My toddler absolutely loves it. She loves playing with it constantly and it doesn't leave her sight. She loves when it rings and then plays the recorded message. I love that we can record new messages for her whenever we want. It's awesome. It has different animals on it that say hello to you and then they make their sounds. The instructions are easy to understand and it's of high quality. I highly recommend this toy phone.

The Playskool Little Wonders Gimme-A-Ring wooden phone is a high quality and durable toy. It is extremely interactive with a feature to record a personal message and playback option. The graphics on the buttons are darling and this phone actually rings! The voice/sound quality on this device is great; the voices/sounds come out very clear and are easily understood. It took us a few trials to figure out how to record and play back our personal message. The six-year old actually figured it out for us. He recorded a message for his young cousins and figured out how to play it back. The phone is easy to grasp and the buttons are very easy to push. The buttons also light up. This is a very engaging toy for infants, toddlers, and young children.

This Playskool Gimme a ring is beautiful and colorful toy. First I would like to say the sound quality is perfect for kids. With that being said this noise level is just right and it won't hurt kids ears. The colors are perfect and it catches the attention of my little one. The buttons are fun to use that makes different sounds. It is great for learning and it rings like a normal cell phone in which every little kids loves. It has a remote control that you can use to ring the phone and the same time you can record your voice so your little one can hear you. The only con is the controller has to be facing the cell phone where the IR transmission is at because it will not ring if you have it the wrong way. Other than that I would definitely recommend this because it is fun to use and kids love cellphones and this is a great learning toy for kids.

This little phone is really cute and well made. But it wasn't a big hit with us. My 2 year old was less than impressed with it. The remote only works if you are super close to the phone. I love the animal sounds and that you can record your own voice and it plays when you ring the phone. Overall, it wasn't a bust, but isn't that great either. Maybe a younger child would enjoy it more.

This toy stopped working after one day of use.
