Box is undamaged and exactly what I expected. No real complaints about the price, it was comparable to most other places around.

I play games and I've been considering a deal for years now. I was happy with the price and so far, I'm highly impressed by the console's performance

Product exactly what I was looking for. Had been researching for a long time. Price was competitive and timely delivery made difference in deciding to purchase from Walmart

Its an okay system, the only thing I don't like about the casing is not being able to set it horizontal. The system itself runs fine all be it the UI is confusing at first, Sony should definitely have left the UI alone, making it the same as or slightly different from the PS4 UI menu. My favorite addition to the system is the recording timer on the overlaying pause menu, this was a feature sorely lacking on the PS4.

The only is I had order this Xbox Series X Console today. I just want to make you aware that the Xbox I had ordered today was not in a bag, nor a box to not let anyone know that is what I had ordered. That should not be allowed!!! I do not want anyone to know I had ordered something like that in case it gets stolen. Also to make sure that doesn't happen to anyone else also!!!!

I'm a gamer, played on the original PlayStation consoles. Played on the original Xbox consoles as well. I usually get my consoles from pawn shops or eBay/amazon but I didn't want to wait for 3-5 days to have it and I wanted it to be New. Not used not refurbished. So got the ps5 and it's really good just the game crashing is my concern. My physical games run far longer than the digital ones. I can play CoD( physical game) for endless hours with no disruption but digital games is after hour n half the game just freeze and then there's an error. Now I've done all the troubleshooting steps and still nothing works. Leads me to believe it's a hardware issue and as great that sounds I never got the extended warranty through Walmart to have it be replaced. But with that being the only issue I really have no other complaints. Its a great console

Damaged box so items inside had to be shaken and possibly broken. I never opened it just returned it due to the unknown

Even though I checked my credit card information before trying to purchase a ps5 and made sure the address was correct it changed both and canceled my order holding at least 500 dollar's. I also tried ordering other items including headphones and it automatically took more money charging my card and holding it. I received my gaming council in an outstanding amount of time but it's been 10 business day and i still haven't gotten any money back from the items that I didn't get back.

Someone hacked my account, ordered a $500 Playstation ( with a card that I forgot to remove online walmart, and did curbside pickup and picked it up. It shows New Jersey, I'm in Ohio. I googled it and it says they are supposed to show photo ID on pickup. Either ome employee was NOT doing their job or they added someone else on website to pick it up.
