i did change out buttons but the controller looks GREAT

great looking controller and it goes well with my ps5 controller. but i did try and take the picture where it shows the pearl shine in the controller.but it was a plus that i got on sale for black friday as well.

I have been playing since Play Station came out! And these last years when they come out with these new controllers it's like they are made to not work too easily we get stick drift in less than 6 months, and we are purchasing them again. Still better than any other brand.

When I first opened this white colored ps5 remote I was in love. However, the analog sticks already looked a little off white compared to the pictures. Not sure if they are naturally not as white from the factory, but they increasingly appeared to be discolored after cleaning them. I never touched the controller with dirty hands and yet it still remained slightly discolored after countless attempts at making it pristine.. the discolored white bothered me so much to the point of it taking away from the rest of the controllers beauty.

Never got my package,made a claim and got an email from customer care stating that I did get it and I'm not getting my refund so I should dispute it with the bank (below is a picture of where they left the package)

My control joystick and buttons already got jammed within 2 weeks and I went to return it and got told I needed the box with it.

Mic randomly stops working, the only way to fix it is to restart the whole PS5. It may work for 30 or so minutes, but that's about it. Now it just randomly disconnects from the PS5.
