PlayStation_PS5 Console – ASTRO BOT Bundle

This system has been something I've wanted for a while now and Walmart gave me the opportunity to finally get it and fall in love with it immediately. Thank you so much for all the perfect customer service and help finding my dream PlayStation 5 console!

Live in Virginia shipped from Florida in 2 days. The feel of the controller and the look of the console 10/10. I really got it for myself and gave my wife my other ps5. In the mean time waiting on the game to drop check out my twitch Therealkeystin. ✌🏾

Loved this bundle. Preordered as soon as it was available and had no issues at all. Arrived on time and box was in great condition. Only problem I have with this Ps5 is that the paint is really thin and scratches easily. Other than that everything is great and would order again (if I never needed another one 😅).

Awesome limited edition console and controller with digital code for the game coming October 20th, the console itself and the controller have a matte finish to them instead of glossy which I like better than glossy so I was impressed with that. This is overall a great deal for a Spider-Man fan.

I bought this as a Christmas present so I can't commentcon the performance. I will after to do an update after the holidays however I can comment on the looks and feel and highly recommend it on that alone. Especially for those Spiderman fanatics. It is so cool looking and just gets you into the mood to play

I am so excited to say I have one. Only issue I had is with my delivery people , it's an apartment and he threw the package down harddddd even when it said fragile. I've had other deliveries from Walmart were they throw it from the top of the stairs instead of walking over. I've had a lot of stuff break. But nothing ever happens to the drivers.

Looks great, but the code for spiderman 2 can't be redeemed until release date, so you don't get to download early or preorder bonuses for preordering it. any normal company like microsoft would have just added it to my library asap for early download instead of making me hang onto a code a while.

So I received the package and to my surprise there wasn't Spiderman Edition Play Station 5 instead some type of pet blanket. I called Walmart numerous times and have me going back and forth with the Seller(Direct Distributor), Delivery(OnTrac) and Bank. Walmart keeps on insisting I received my package and that they checked the weight should be at 14 lbs as well on delivery (OnTrac). Long Story they haven't helped not one bit. Worst Customer Service even the Supervisor Carmen couldn't even help me.. I really can't believe I Paid $800 plus dollars and didn't receive what I paid for.. I Hope to hear back for you guys with good news.. Otherwise I'll be taking this with the media.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had ordered a Ps5 Spider-Man 2 limited edition bundle on Nov 2nd. After I placed my order I got a delivery date and when the date came by my order said “delayed”. I was waiting and waiting for an update but that never happened so I went on the app to talk to a representative named “James”. James told me that there was an issue with Walmarts inventory and my item was unavailable. That is very disappointing since my time was wasted plus I had already had a confirmation of when it would get delivered. I will no longer shop at Walmart and I will make sure to let other customers know so they'll be careful and not have this same disappointing experience.
