Xbox X works fine, NO EXTENDED WARRANTY OFFERED
I didn't realize till I got the game console that it was through a third party vendor and only FULFILLED through Walmart. And, I was NOT offered an extended warranty, which I ALWAYS GET. I called an 800%23 for Walmart online, and was given a phone number to call to purportedly be able to buy the warranty. The person who finally came on the line thought I was buying into some kind of medical procedure, and when I said that I was looking to buy the warranty for the console, even if she couldn't offer it, she didn't have to be disgustingly RUDE and just hang up on me! How difficult is it to give accurate information anymore? Or at least say, I'm sorry, but I don't know", or "I can't help you" with that? I'm STILL trying to get the extended service plan, so far, NO LUCK!
