I always joke that it take a nation to unite my two Continents and that is just exactly what this bra does!!! One of my breasts is larger than the other so, to prevent spillage, I usually have to wear a sports bra and a regular bra for support but in these days of economic turmoil, I've had to cut corners, the cost is a bit more than I usually spend but the splurge was worth it. It may not be much money to others but I gotta try to save a penny where a penny can be pinched - worth the money!
I am not new to the 18 Hour Bra. I started looking for who sold them now. I was happy to see Walmart has this product. This bra fits true to size, maintains support throughout the day, and doesn't slide up your back. I would recommend hang to dry. The spandex around the back doesn't hold up to the dryer heat over time even on low.
I went out on a limb to try buying bras online. This reminds me of the Playtex bras from many moons ago. The cotton is very good weight. I love the wide straps that won’t hurt my shoulders. The cups fit perfect. This is a new size for me since I gained weight but I couldn’t believe how exact this bra fit me. Going to order a few more because at this price I can get three for the price of one from Walmart. When you find a good price and quality product you feel like you’re sneaking and have to hurry up and buy more before everybody else finds out. Lol.
Purchased in a variety of colors as a gift for elderly rela tives in nursing home. They were happy tonget them. I have heard one complaint from either. Shoulder strap is a little wider with a cushion strap. This style comes in.many colors to choose from. Purchased them on an incredible sale (close to 50% off) about $13/each.
There are 14 different 18 hour bra types. I can't tell them apart. They all are comfortable and hold the girls in place. They're not the sexiest bras out there but when you get a certain age, comfort is more important than sexy. Definitely recommend these bras.
I Love These Playtex Bras. They've Done My oversized Twinkie girls some Good with a Dolly Pardon lift Twist. It Covers Every bit of your breast area and Very Breathable. the colors are Nice and they Don't fade in the was. I Always air dry them though, This seems to keep their form and elasticity right. A Definite recommend.
This is a pretty good brassiere, and comfortable. However, hand wash it or it won’t last and will stretch out and get holes. The straps are fuller and spread out the weight more which I appreciate and the fit seem consistent. If you are able to get it for less than 15 dollars I would say you are definitely getting your money’s worth. I like that it is supportive without using underwire, which I wore for years but always ended up poking me. This is better. The flaw? It could be more machine washable and sturdy.
I do love this bra style and order them when I need a new bra. They are expensive, and I have a hard time justifying spending $20-30 on just one on my limited budget. When they go on "sale" the size I want is always "sold out." My weight fluctuates (due to a medical condition) and I have a hard time getting bands/cups to fit correctly, so I have a small variety of this bra mix and matched with bands/cup sizes. The band around the ribcage does get wonky/ripply after a short time (even with adjusting the length) and the band on the last bra I ordered seems to have a permanent roll at the very edge (does not lay flat around me, sort of curls out even when loosened/tightened). I have a large chest and have currently lost a lot of weight and I ordered the size that corresponds to my current measurements, but my breasts still seem to smoosh together in the middle, tho there is some support lift from the cups (not saggy boobs). The last bra I purchased was 42DD.
This brand used to be the old reliable with sizing and durability, but no longer. The last 3 I have tried raised the cup size along with the band. This is not how you size bras! The cup size should be the same no matter band length. I wear a dd, and even going down to a d for this brand had the cups at at least an F. SMH So disappointed.
This used to be my absolute favorite bra! I've bought this kind for years. However, the past few months the quality has gone down badly. You changes the backs and now the backs of my bras keep shedding and tearing apart. I have no changed bra sizes or gained weight. Nothing has changed beyond how the quality of the bra has lowered. I even attempted to try a different cup size and still had the shredding and tearing happen in the back of the bra. It happens after only a few wears and then there is absolutely no hold and it just looks bad. My mom uses the same bra and the same has happened to her after only wearing her newest one for 4 days. I purchased a new one for a wedding. Wore it to the wedding and then to work a day later and the back was already beginning to rip and shred. I've given this bra and brand several chances over the last few months and I think I'm over it and going to try a different brand. I'm just severely disappointed because this was my go-to bra for years now.
