They suck
I ordered the headphone set with the watch and they sent me a camera when messaged them they said to keep the item and they would refund my money but then told me to send it back and expect me to pay the fee to send it back witch is 40 dollars

gave to my son for christmas will not charge or turn on and of course he through away the box . we tried a wall plug and plugging into,computer like instructions say, not a flicker of light on the watch. My son is disappointed

Disappointed
It keeps freezing up on the home screen displaying playzoom only. When it first powered up, my son loved it, but disappointed that it won't work anymore. Hoping to return it

Received item. Charged the item overnight and it never turned on. My son was extremely disappointed after being excited to finally get the watch and it not working.
