PlayZoom 2 Girls Smartwatch - Pastel Glitter Band

Santa brought this for our daughter at Christmas. A few weeks in and she's still enamored with it. We haven't tried to download any music to it yet, but the games, customization, watch/timer are all spot on. We didn't want a watch that required a SIM card, so this was a good compromise for our family.

This watch was a big hit for my daughter. We got it for her 6th birthday and it made her feel proud and 6 she said. It gave the appropriate amount of independence to tell everyone what time it was and change the screen based on her mood, also plays games. Can't go wrong.

My daughter was ecstatic for her first watch! It was a Christmas gift and the literal day after Christmas, the wristband was already coming apart. She's so upset. We live way out in the country, and had it shipped. However, the only return option is to drive it back to a store to receive a refund. No replacement option or to contact the seller.

Imagine shows the watch outline is red which is why I ordered this. I received a green one.

The band broke after 1 day

strap broke on day 4 and battery doesn't last a day

Don't waste your money

I ordered several different models for the grandkids. The pink unicorn playzoom 2 watch, was an Itouch playzoom and did not have all the features of the playzoom 2. I think it was the older model. I returned that one since it wasn't as described. I noticed someone else made the same observation in their review. Some of the other styles came in different boxes and had more features however the boxes only say playzoom, so not sure if they are the playzoom 2.
