Pleasant Hearth Arlington Ash 24" Vented Gas Log Set 55,000 BTU

This was my first gas log setup, and I'm very pleased with it. Very easy assembly. I painted the firebox with a Rustoleum high heat black enamel paint before installation. I recommend doing this to refresh the entire firebox and improve the glow that emanates from the gas log set. For the money, this is a very quality set. If you don't want to spend more for remotes and internal blowers, I would highly recommend this gas log set.

We love thee life. They look and work great! Check the measurements. They are taller than we expected. We ended up not using all of them in our fireplace. But we love them!

I like the design, installation, parts included left minimal need for buying special hardware. I would suggest more description of hardware included. The only thing that caused any trouble during installation was flipping from right hand to left hand gas access, the orifices on the curved part of the tube now face down.

Very realistic! The logs and the fire look just like the picture on the box! Easy installation. Good directions. Conditioning of the logs takes 3 hours. Excellent set for the $$$. Best of all, instant fire

This was easy to install! All I did was sit on couch and watch my Husband do it. And because the air did not not turn blue, nor did he take breaks to settle down I claim this a success on your part! And it is visually a treasure, never had one before so I am very impressed. The price was an added bonus. Thank you

Really nice for the price. Gas regulator seems to not work correctly but is easy and inexpensive to replace.

Southern Sweeps installed gas logs for a walmart customer. Simple fireplace gas log install. Looks Great

Received the set and a critical valve was missing. The pieces were in plastic sealed bags so ASSUMED the set was complete. Had scheduled a handyman to install and due to missing part he had to go to a hardware store to get the MISSING part which caused me another hour of handyman charges. Did not return as did not know anything was missing until all bags were opened and the handyman advised us of this missing part. So I would have had to take unit back to store and then still pay handyman his time to come the first time. Would have given a ZERO as review but you have to fill in something. Cost me money to buy the part and another 1/2 hour of handyman costs! Infuriating.
