My fire place was configured differently than Pleasant Hearth so installation required some extra self tapping screws but it worked out fine. Great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the largest size doors and am very satisfied. I installed the doors without the riser bar and the viewing space of the fireplace doors perfectly matches my firebox. I was a bit nervous because my firebox opening was an the limit in width but, the doors are built to easily accommodate a range of sizes including and extra 1/4” beyond the sizing recommendation. I love how simple it is to remove the wire doors if need be and I also love how the doors open all the way and fold out of view. The construction of the doors are engineered well and feels sturdy against my brick fireplace. Even the shipping box was perfectly arranged and protected. The customer service representative I spoke to on the phone was also very helpful in helping me pick the right size.

Bought this from Walmart, with expectation of fair quality, poor instructions, etc. Just the opposite was true. Though my installation on stone required mortar, it fit as expected. The swing out screens are great. The packaging of this was uniquely well engineered, and the instructions were actually understandable english. I do wonder why there is a bold warning about burning a fire with glass doors closed. Is the glass weaker than a wood stove glass. Would like to understand the details.

Fast and accurate delivery. Easy installation. Still not clear, why it is recommended to attach the door handles first: you still need to keep the doors face-down to put insulation in.

Very happy - I would purchase this again. It looks great, easy to assemble. I'm surprised at how much energy I was losing up the chimney as the glass doors really insulate from drafts.

Love our new glass doors! They look great and were easy to install. We also received them quicker than expected.

Customer support was very responsive and shipped me the screws within a week or so, so while I wish the screws were there in the first place, I do appreciate stellar customer support.

Got our fireplace screen and it looks great. The weather warmed up so we haven't had a fire but we can tell that this is a well-made product. There was a small problem when the fireplace screen arrived. A peg holding one of the mesh door was bent & broken in transit even though it was well packed. We called customer service and they responded right away. They we so easy to work with. Before ordering we watched the installation demonstration on line and knew this is what we wanted. Good directions came with the product.
