Solid, Elegant Wrought Iron Toolset
This Pleasant Hearth fireplace tool set is definitely wrought iron. Each tool is one, solid piece ie no screwing on of the handle to any part of the tool. The only screwed on part is the pole which holds all the tools on it, to the base and that is discreet as well as you screw the two parts together and tighten with a nut from underneath the base thereby giving it the appearance of one solid piece. And it fits perfectly on the narrow ledge of my fireplace. The twist pattern at top gives it an elegant touch reminiscent of barley twist. The colour is a deep, dark chocolate brown. This set was exactly what I was looking for and Walmart had the best price on it too. I am highly pleased with this purchase. It also arrived early. Thank you, Walmart!

Meh!
Made in China and it shows. Nice design, easy to assemble. Does not appear to be of the best quality: only two welds holding the shovel together. Bristles for broom are feeble plastic. I expect they will melt if there is any heat to my ashes. I expected black, but these are brown in color.
