we have had a great experience with our tablet. my daughter finds it easy to use and the battery life lasts a lot longer than a previous tablet (different brand). The stand and the protective case are awesome an very convenient! we would absolutely purchase again.
I purchased this tablet for my granddaughter in February and she loved it. She used it all the time, played games, watch videos and listen to music. however the tablet crashed and we contacted support and they were very willing to replace the tablet and send a new one without returning the old one. We are very pleased with the service and are looking forward to receiving her new tablet! Thank you Plimpton!
It is a tough little tablet that holds up nicely for a 6 year old. After a few months we had issues with the charging port. I contacted the seller and after troubleshooting the seller is sending us a new one. Best customer support I have seen in quite some time!
This is a great tablet for young beginners and offers a wide range of parental controls. The ability to limit screen time as well as the large list of free games is amazing for the price. Definitely recommend getting this one!
The tablet is nice and sturdy, has a clear sharp picture. The case colors are nice, they have a bigger kid feel to them which my daughter appreciates. My daughter also loves google space and getting a joke of the day. For whatever reason the tablet stopped charging after a month. I have contacted the company and in exchange of this review they will be sending me a new tablet.
Great product, easy to use especially for my young child. I am just writing this review after a couple of months of use and my experience has been great. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful.
I bought it for my niece and she just loves it, it works perfectly, the price is very good and the quality is excellent.
I splurged and bought this tablet for my daughter for Christmas. The first one after less than two months stopped working completely. They sent me a new one and now this one is glitching on the Home Screen and won't load any thing. For the price of this tablet I thought it would be really good but I've been highly disappointed twice now.
I purchased this tablet December 18, 2025. Was supposed to be a christmas gift for my 7 year old. I purchased this tablet, as we've used this one in the past... and LOVED it. HOWEVER, this tablet is a glorified paperweight. It has not loaded up, even one single time. There is a major software glitch. I spent approximately $80 for a tablet that cannot be used. Now, when reaching out to support, I was offered to update the tablet.... again I cannot get into the tablet at all to do anything. Much less, to update any software. Now they offered a replacement free of charge BUT ONLY IF I POST A REVIEW. So don't buy this tablet. it sucks. The company's customer service team is completely unhelpful. I'm very disappointed and very angry with my experience. Do better.
