This butter also comes in a single 8oz block, so it will not fit in a standard single stick butter dish, but the larger black makes measuring for baking easier.

This is my first time trying Plugra Premium European style salted butter. When buying butter, I usually buy unsalted in any brand. It is creamy and smooth and spreads easily on bread. I thought that this butter was very good! I used it to make grilled cheese sandwiches (which require a lot of butter) and it melted nicely and had a great flavor on the bread once the sandwiches were done. it smelled good cooking and seemed to be of a high quality!

The plugra butter brand is a new favorite of mine! I found the texture to be very spreadable without needing to change the temperature. It also had a great taste. The butter was lightly salted. I wasn't a fan of the packaging. The foil ripped and makes it hard to make sure you've sealed it back up nicely. Also the table spoon measurements are wide cut since it's a block of butter instead of a stick. So it's something I'd use to put on bread or in veggies. I wouldn't bake if I needed better cutting measurements.
