I love that it makes good tasting coffee with a nice froth to it. And with this price tag, it’s so worth it! Happy that I snagged it for a good deal:)

This espresso machine works perfectly. It gets hot very quickly and the milk frother works as well The only problem with this machine is that the box and instructions do not tell you that is 51 mm for all your tools

Likes: The unit is very well designed and looks great on the counter. It’s not too big and is fun to work and try different combinations of drinks. For Christmas we’re steaming eggnog and adding espresso for eggnog latte’s. I did have to purchase a stainless steel steamer pot for the milk to be steamed. You can find a nice one under $15. Dislikes: The unit drips when removing the espresso handle so I keep a small glass to catch the 1oz. of water. Also, it’s difficult to clean out the espresso grounds to make another espresso. A spoon is needed to dig the used grounds out of the handle.

1. Listing is deceptive - this machine really only delivers either 1 or 2 espresso shots of around 1.5-1.75 ounces even on its large cup setting. Using the "fill two cups at once" setting will deliver a total of a little over 3 ounces of liquid. Go through the whole process TWICE and you would have HALF of a small Styrofoam coffee cup, much less trying to fill a normal ceramic mug. 2. If you are just looking to fill a tiny cup with 1.5 ounces of espresso (or two tiny cups) to sip this machine will do it, but it is a bit slow and lacks the richness of flavor I've found in other machines. It is not suitable for anything more than that. 3. More proof that this was only intended for small espresso cups is that the height between the stand and the nozzles is so short that no regular coffee cup will fit. By using the shortest mug I had and removing the drip tray I was able to fit a coffee cup into place. 4. The instructions are some of the worst you'll see in a consumer device. The buttons that it tells you to push to operate the machine don't exist. The "green LED" that is referenced repeatedly doesn't exist. You'll have to figure out how to operate this by trial and error. The instructions even tell you that you'll need to stand at the machine the entire time it is operating as you may need to manually intervene in its operation. So this is a mediocre espresso machine that should NOT be listed as capable of producing anything more than single espresso shots. Hopefully they correct the listing.

The WRONG product was delivered. The Espresso Coffee Maker delivered is Not the Same as the what I ordered. I received a lower value product.

GEEK CHEF IS A SCAM SITE AND REMAINS ON WALMART APP. I AM BEING REQUIRED TO GET REFUND THROUGH GEEK CHEF WHICH IS UNCONTACTABLE. The machine either doesn’t come for the buyer or comes as the incorrect item. This notification by usps means the usps was never given the package.

Do NOT buy from this company. I bought a simple single shot espresso maker less than 1 moo ago. I tried to register the warranty w the company. They told me I couldn't because I didn't buy it from Amazon. There's definitely a language barrier %26 I'm not getting anywhere. This morning less than 1 mo from purchase, the unit began heating way hotter than usual %26 is sputtering instead of brewing espresso shots. I've followed every instruction, cleaned it after every use. I had about 2.5 wks of good use making 2 shots a day. Nothing changed on my end, not even the bag of espresso being used.

Machine was either defective or not new. Since the moment we opened looked odd the sensor wasn't working it made a mess I ended up returning it the next day

I ordered this on Black Friday. 12 days later, the tracking details still read “shipping label created, carrier waiting to receive item”. I reached out through the Walmart app (the only way to contact them) to see why it hadn't yet shipped. I got no response for 4 days, until I got a notification from Walmart that the order was cancelled and a refund was processing. I did not request this cancellation, so I again tried reaching out to geek chef with no luck. Then I thought to check my spam folder in my email, where I found a very generic email from geek chef saying that my package was lost in the mail and they have no more in stock to replace my order with. They made no effort to offer any type of discount on any other products, and now I'm stuck with having to pay full price for an espresso machine now that all the Black Friday deals are over. Bad experience, definitely wouldn't recommend to a friend, and likely won't purchase anything from geek chef in the future if I can avoid it.

I placed a order on Nov 27th. After a week, the tracking status changed to delayed. Then delayed and delayed. After a month, I reached out to Geek Chef customer service through Walmart app on Dec28 checking when the order would be delivered. The message I got back was your package was lost and we didn’t have any items to replace it. Here is your refund. Why didn’t you inform the customer earlier? It’s not the right way to do business!
