to small i order a 4x they send me a3x

There is absolutely no way that was the correct size I ordered or what was on the label. It was about three sizes too small. I was sad because it looked exactly like what I needed for my bad back. I had to take it to my store for a refund. Not as advertised.

the brace runs very small and I have ordered two or three they all too small took the brace and the charge card to Walmart to return the lady said it came from timu and not from you all and she would not accept it so I have two or three braces that I've ordered here that I cannot use and I ordered the largest supposed to be in my size so I would not refer to anyone to order that brace

I returned the one I bought for myself and the one I gifted was returned to me as well. The item does not provide any support. It does not fit properly and it may stem from the quality…I don't know. However, I recommend that no one purchase ( DO NOT PURCHASE) this if you truly need assistance with posture, pain, etc.

I was sent the wrong product and when I tried to return was told I can't because it's not the item listed that I bought. I was sent a wireless er bud!

Not a comfortable fit. Definitely not true to size. Cheaply made. Not at all supportive. I do not recommend.

For the money the quality is fine, The size is way to small , Took this old lady a while to figure out how to get it on. Shipping to way to long. I could have ordered it from Temu myself. I do NOT recommend it.

I ordered an XL going by the chart I found on another site and this is extremely too, too, small. Not sure if these were made for more petite individuals and the chart scale is on the level of another country. This is definitely for tiny folk. I always wear an XL in my clothing that I buy here in the United States. I cannot get this anywhere near around my 38 inch waist.
