The best new pillow
Love my new pillow. It is exactly the way it was described which helps tremendously when purchasing on line

On the firmer side
This pillow is shredded latex in a thin cotton shell with a more substantial zipper casing. It comes very full making it too firm and high for me. But I like that you can open the inner shell seam and pull out enough stuffing to adjust to your liking and neck support height as a side sleeper. If you are looking for very soft, melt-in type of plush, this may not be for you.

Pillow received was not what was advertised
A Plush Beds latex pillow was advertised, which I already own so I know what it looks like, and a latex pillow from The Natural Latex Company was sent instead. The two pillows are not at all alike and since this was not what was advertised and not what I wanted, the pillow was returned. The third party seller honored the return, which was the only positive.
