The two bridges and the map really help set the stage, giving the knights a proper kingdom to defend or conquer. And the two dragons? Absolute genius inclusion. They completely elevate the playtime from a historical battle to a full-on fantasy adventure. It's rare to find a toy that keeps kids focused, unplugged, and creating their own worlds for hours at a time, but this one does it beautifully. Highly recommended for any young strategist or fantasy fan!

This set has a lot of pieces to bring together a pretend play scene. Enough pieces for multiple kids to play together and comes with a storage bag.

This set is a strange combination of quality and cheap. The small figures, which comprise the vast majority, are excellent quality, medieval warriors much like the old Airfix ones. The castle towers, while requiring a little glue to stay together, are also good. The two dragons are excellent. The fewer, larger warrior figures are a strange combination of medieval knights, pirates, and skeleton pirates. Probably the worst part is the instructions, which are nearly worthless. All-in-all, a bit pricey but not a bad deal.
