I am seeing a big change in my skin. I've only been using this for a month. Will continue to use.

I love my PMD Pro! I was hesitant to purchase it at first due to the price, but it's sooo worth every dollar. My face was incredibly soft after the first use! I bought this because I have acne scars that I want to fade. I'm super excited to see how my face looks after 6 months of use. I'll update!

I ordered 4 items. 2 of them are missing discs. the package appears to be opened and resealed. customer service refunds me $10.

I believe my skin is too delicate for the amount of suction that the device uses. I used the least abrasive disc, but the suction was so strong that my skin was torn in several places. I am going to try it one more time to see if it was my error.

High quality tool. The most sensitive exfoliating tool head was effective, but on the second try, I realized I had used it too much in several areas and caused temporary damage to my skin. I didn't like the suction as it pulled my aging skin, even at the lowest setting. Returned product, sadly.

Perhaps I'm not using this correctly or my face just has too many angles, but the device just doesn't seem to contour to my face properly. I do pull the skin taught. Unfortunately, I'd love to return it and go for something else, but it's too late. Also the discs don't last nearly as long as they should and are costly to replace. It's not really a product worth buying if you will consistently use in my opinion.

Charger does not fit into it properly (not snug and will not even light up when plugged in) and will NOT charge. It will only work if it is plugged in!! You can space around charger and seems the device opening is too large and made wrong/cheaply. For as much as I spent, I am appalled it won't even charge or work properly for even one use. What a disappointment.

I was suppose to return this but I completely forgot. So now it's going to the trash. Item arrived opened already and a lousy attempt to appear closed was made. Don't trust it.

This product cause serious injuries to your face and now I can't even get a refund. Look for a safer product
