Personally I think this is a an amazing bike it goes very fast with a high speed of 25mph and the suspension is amazing bumps don't feel like punches anymore and the pedal assist is very nice this bike in particular is amazing for off road it took some sand on amazingly and it has amazing traction the seat is so soft😍 and the colors are u unique and nice

Sooo easy to assemble right out of the box! Minimal instructions were enough to get going on this awesome bike!! Quality parts, easy to assemble, fun results!

Easy to assemble, easy to use. My only downside is the key HAS to be in it to use but my grandson loves it!

the only thing i was disappointed was it does not go 25 much less 28 as opposed to the specs on bike thats theain reason i bought it cause it stated that its top speed was 28mph

I'm not happy with FedEx
I can't believe FedEx left outside on the bottom of the stairs where anybody that walked by could take it I can't believe that the box I had to get a neighbor to bring it into my apartment

Doesn't work and no support with company or Walmar
Bought through Walmart. Walmart offers no support- you have to deal with the merchant. I've had this bike several months now and I drove it a total of about 1/2 mile and it quit working. A tough pedal home for an old man. Gpower says they worn't take it back, but will send me a new motor with instruction on replacement. The horn and light don't work, but they won't do anything until I'm able to send a VIDEO of them not working !!???? I'm not tech savvy enough to make and send a sound production of a light not shining and horn not working. I'm at a standstill with these guys BEWARE! BEWARE! These guys are like an internet hustle.
