These chairs are cute and comfortable. I bought a sectional from Walmart a couple years ago that is brown wicker and these match perfectly.

Really nice looking set of chairs. They are very comfortable. I love that they swivel and glide smoothly. They seem like they will last for a long time. I am happy I switched to chairs for a change from porch swing. Also ordered the table with the wood looking top and it is a perfect match. The whole family is happy with these chairs; they are getting constant use.

Great chairs! They are comfortable and stylish. They were somewhat difficult to put together. Not all the holes lined up as indicated.

Not comfortable. Had to add pillows for back comfort and support and I'm under 40. I'd expect fuller comfortable cushions for the price.

The straps on the seat are not tight and now the cushions are torn from sitting on the screws from base of chair. Two weeks old and already damaged. Holes were misaligned on numerous pieces and was really hard to put together.

This product fails expectations in every capacity. From the moment we first unboxed it, the arms were damaged, but we figured we could deal with that small blemish on the arm. However, once we started to assemble the product, we realized that all of the holes drilled do not line up. We could not even get the simplest pieces in step ONE to fit together. We were able to barely get one chair assembled, but several screws had to be left out because even if you don't tighten all of the bolts like the instructions tell you, some holes just are just slightly off making it impossible to assemble. Overall, extremely disappointing because they looked so nice online. Now we can't even get the one chair disassembled in order to return the product, so that's likely $400 down the drain. Do better Wal-mart! And for anyone even remotely considering buying this product, I would encourage you to rethink that decision.

Horrible customer service for this company Pocassy. I ordered these chairs on Saturdays Sept 7th. They took my money and confirmed the order. Today on Monday Sept 9th they canceled my order saying the outdoor chairs I ordered were out of stock. I went back on the website and they say they are available for about $200 more. So basically they have the product and are claiming it's out of stock for the price I bought it for. DO NOT buy from this company they are a scam!!!!!!!!!!

The furniture is missing parts. It also did not have the holes drilled in correct places for the furniture to be put together properly. It's really frustrating and annoying because I spent several hours trying to get it to fit together and then ran into more issues on the next steps because nothing was properly manufactured with this set I received.
